About
Meet Naomi Gruzelier
Naomi Gruzelier is a storyteller, dreamer, and believer in magic. A lifelong writer of fiction and poetry, she has always found inspiration in the beauty of nature, the power of imagination, and the wonder of childhood curiosity. Her debut children's book, Dora Mary the Mousehole Fairy, is the first in an enchanting series that brings Cornwall’s rich folklore to life.
A lover of the great outdoors, Naomi enjoys long walks along the coast and countryside with her loyal dog, Blue—who also features in the book as Dora Mary’s faithful companion. She treasures the magic of storytelling and the joy of watching children immerse themselves in books, believing deeply in the power of stories to spark creativity, nurture young minds, and create a lifelong love of reading.
Naomi has always admired the unseen wonders of the world, embracing the idea that magic exists all around us if we just know where to look. Through Dora Mary the Mousehole Fairy, she hopes to inspire children to explore, dream, and believe in a little bit of magic themselves.
This is only the beginning of Dora Mary’s adventures—so stay tuned for more tales, surprises, and whimsical wonders to come!
